![]() After 3 or 4 calls with the service rep who assured us the $800 was necessary, we realized they were trying to upsell a nav package upgrade that we did not need. We are not sure why they did not attempt to call her (or me) after 6 hours or why they were raising the price. After waiting about 6 hours with no phone call, she called the service center to find out that the repair work not been started because they needed to get approval for a budget increase to $800. My wife was pretty surprised at the childish behavior and couldn’t imagine what it would be like to be the client on the receiving end. While waiting she observed a service rep rolling his eyes at a customer on the phone and making a puppet speaking motion with his hand. We were told they could not give us a loaner because none were available, but to wait for a shuttle to take her to the nearest rental car place. We live 2 hours away so my wife dropped the car off in the morning and planned to spend a couple hours in VA Beach while they did the repair. ![]() ![]() We were quoted about $400 to do the reprogramming. I own an older model Cayenne Turbo that needed to have the bluetooth module reprogrammed. ![]()
